FAQ FAQ The Photo Shoot Booking and Payment Photographic Products More questions?   The Photo Shoot How should we dress for the shoot?   This is up to you of course, but these are our suggestions: 1. Wear clothes that you feel you look good in. 2. If there is more than one of you try to co-ordinate your outfits. 3. Less jewelry is generally better than more. Bear in mind that large, flat or shiny pieces can distract attention away from you.     What will the photo shoot be like?   FUN – Our photographers know that to capture the best shots they need to make sure you enjoy the experience. So you can be sure it will be an enjoyable experience.     Where will we meet?   This depends on which package you have chosen, upon booking you will be informed.     How will we get around the city?   By foot, tube or taxi – the choice is yours. (All forms of transportation will be at your expense) The subways are safe and convenient. A one - day unlimited pass is only $7. Cabs are usually no more than $6-$10 from most points within Manhattan.     What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?   We will try to reschedule. If we are unable to reschedule, we will provide a full refund. Booking and Payment How much does the photo-shoot cost?   All the photo-shoot packages cost $495 for up to two people. There is a $100 charge for each additional person.     How can we book the photo-shoot?   Bookings can be made online or by phone.   To purchase tickets by phone, please call 212-556-7788   Click here to book online     How long in advance do we have to book a tour?   To ensure you are able to have a photo-shoot on the date you require you should book as early as possible. However if you unable to book in advance give us a call and we will try out best to meet your needs.     What are your payment terms?   Payment is due in full at the time of booking.   Payment is refundable if we need to cancel due to inclement weather and we are unable to reschedule. All other payments are non-refundable.     What is included in the photo-shoot?   The photo-shoot includes 300+ photos on CD ROM and some complimentary 4x6 prints (depending on whether you do the 2 or 3 hour shoot) Your CD Rom will be delivered to your hotel or temporary residence before you leave the city providing you are leaving at least 24 hours after the photo-shoot and staying in Manhattan. Otherwise the CD Rom will be mailed to you. In the event the CD is mailed, shipping is an additional fee (approximately $7.50 in the USA and Canada). You can have all your photographs shot either in black and white, sepia or in color only if that is your preference. You need to specify this at the time of booking otherwise the photographer will shoot a mixture.     More questions?
