If you cancel or postpone less than 48 hours prior to your service, Andenbo Cleaning may charge a $10 late cancellation or a $60 per Worker ordered lockout fee. I agree to contact Andenbo Cleaning office staff (contact@Andenbo.com or 212-750-4545) for any important or miscellaneous instructions. I understand that Andenbo Cleaning cannot be held liable or accountable if I choose to only discuss my service needs or instructions with the Maids or Service Pros, since Andenbo Cleaning relies on my cooperation for error free service. I agree to notify Andenbo Cleaning of any illegal attempts to solicit business by any of their staff. I understand that if I engage in private negotiations with any of Andenbo Cleaning current or previous staff, that I may be investigated and prosecuted for damages. (*see terms of service) I understand that if I misrepresent my needs to obtain lower rates, I may be subject to a "lost time" fee of $30 per Worker and the Worker(s) may not start the job.
