(BPMC) has provided comprehensive quality health care and support services to the Fort Greene and North Central Brooklyn residents and surrounding communities for mote than two decades (1978).  Our State of the Arts Center has ten modern examination rooms for medical services, three dental operatories with a laboratory, three comfortable waiting areas and provides a full range of health care and support services. Women, Infant and Children. (WIC) services are available on-site. Staff is also available to assist with applications for the Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP) and application for Child Health Insurance Plan (CHIP), free or low cost insurance for children under 19 and Family Health Plus for adults 19-64 years of age.
