Leta Liou received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Johns
Hopkins University. She received her law degree from the George
Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. As
a Court Appointed Special Advocate, Ms. Liou represented children
in abuse and neglect proceedings in the District of Columbia
Family Court System. Ms. Liou is a former court attorney
for a matrimonial judge, The Honorable Maureen P. Sogluizzo,
in the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey. She
specializes in matrimonial and family law, including uncontested
and contested divorces, child support, custody, visitation, and orders of protection
actions.
Ms. Liou is admitted to the New York State Bar, and is also a member of the American
Bar Association (ABA), New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), Bronx County Bar
Association, Queens County Bar Association, and the New York Immigration Coalition.
DIMITRI MAISONET, ESQ.
Dimitri Maisonet received his Bachelor of Science Degree, cum
laude, from the University at Buffalo SUNY. He received
his law degree from the George Washington University School of
Law in Washington, D.C. Mr. Maisonet, a former trial and
appellate prosecutor with the Bronx District Attorney’s
Office, is experienced in all stages of criminal cases, including
pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings. He also practices
in all phases of matrimonial and family law, including uncontested
and contested divorces, child support, custody, visitation, and
orders of protection actions.
Mr. Maisonet is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Federal
Bar for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the
Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of
the American Bar Association (ABA), New York State Bar Association
(NYSBA), and New York City Bar Association (NYCBA).
