- Please arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment to complete your registration forms.

- Wear or bring loose fitting clothes/shorts.

- Do not come on an empty or overly full stomach.






Refrain from overexertion, alcohol or drugs (except those prescribed by your doctor) at least 6 hours prior to your visit.

First Visit includes:

Registration - Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Comprehensive Consultation - We will discuss in detail your present conditions.

Evaluation / Discussion of Treatment Plan - We will evaluate the information that you have provided us, and discuss with you a treatment plan and timeline of care.

Treatment - Just relax and enjoy...

The first visit takes approximately 1.5 hour.
