Private Session Policy

An appointment is a commitment for both the practitioner and the patient. Please respect any appointment that you made with the practitioner. The practitioner reserves her time specifically for you.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to relax, so that the session can start on time.

For the first consultation for Acupuncture / Herbal Remedy, please arrive 30 minutes early in order to fill in some required forms.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact the practitioner as soon as possible, prior to 24 hours in advance. Please do not wait until the last minutes. There are often other people waiting for a session at your spot.

Please observe the standard 24 hours cancellation policy. Disrespect for the cancellation policy may harm the working relation between the practitioner and the patient.

In case of emergency and need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact the practitioner as soon as possible.

Not showing up without cancellation (no show) and cancellation at the later stage within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the session fee.

For this purpose, the practitioner may request the patient to submit the credit card number for record.
